*1 Within 30 days of purchase date, retail consumer may return the HFX4 Hybrid System, to the place of purchase, for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping or handling charges.
*2 For ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, we will repair, or replace, your HFX4 Hybrid System, at our option, free of charge should it fail to produce hydrogen when used in a noncommercial passenger vehicle. System must not have been altered in any way, or damaged. Customer is responsible for removal, shipping and reinstallation of the HFX4 System. Out of warranty repairs, if needed, are a FLAT $29.95, NEVER higher! Out of warranty units that have been altered or damaged by abuse or accident are not covered under the flat rate repair offer and will be quoted on a per case basis before any work is done.
