*1 Within 30 days from the date of retail purchase simply return your HFX4 Hybrid System, to the place of purchase, for a complete refund (less installation and S&H).
*2 For ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, we will repair, or replace, your HFX4 System, at our option, free of charge should it fail to produce hydrogen. System must not have been altered in any way, or damaged. Customer is responsible for removal, shipping and reinstallation of the HFX4 System. Out of warranty repairs, if needed, are a FLAT $29.95, NEVER higher! Out of warranty units that have been altered or damaged by abuse or accident are not covered under the flat rate repair offer and will be quoted on a per case basis before work is done.
*3 Every driver and vehicle is different and your actual results and mileage may vary, however, you are the sole judge of your satisfaction. Should you not be satisfied with your results, simply return your HFX4 within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee for a complete refund (less installation and S&H).
